Damage Protection Policy

We offer a one-time replacement for damage that occurs in transit. Photo evidence is required and every claim is subject to review. One replacement is available per customer per order.

Eligible for Return

  • Damage in transit, documented with clear photos
  • Defective product that does not meet our purity standard
  • Wrong item received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Reconstituted products
  • Claims submitted without photo evidence
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Orders with no proof of purchase

Replacement Timeline

Once your claim is submitted, it is reviewed within 1–2 business days. Approved replacements ship within 24 hours of approval.

Products are sold strictly for research use. Luvaminos LLC is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or reconstitution. Replacements are a courtesy for verified transit damage only; we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Excessive or suspicious claims may be denied, and Luvaminos LLC reserves the right to deny any claim at its sole discretion.
