How do I start earning points?
Create a free rewards account at checkout or from your account page. Points post automatically once an order ships, and your first order earns a 500-point welcome bonus.
Do points expire?
Points stay active as long as you place at least one order every 12 months. After 12 months of inactivity a balance resets — and we email you well before that happens.
Can I combine rewards with sale items?
Yes. Store-credit redemptions stack with most promotions, and free-shipping rewards apply to standard domestic shipping on eligible orders.
How are tiers calculated?
Tiers are based on your rolling 12-month points earned. Reach a threshold and the new earn rate and perks unlock instantly — no re-qualifying on every order.
When does the program go live?
Rewards launches alongside the store in June 2026. Join the early list now and you start at the Compound tier with a 1,000-point head start on your first order.
Do tiers reset?
Your tier reflects points earned over a rolling 12-month window, so it can move up or down with your research activity. We always show your current tier and progress in your account.
