Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — including Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also pay by Zelle for 5% off your order; choose it under "Other ways to pay" at checkout.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within one hour of placement. After that the order enters processing and can no longer be changed. Email support@luvaminos.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
We ship Monday through Saturday — orders placed before 4:00 PM ET go out the same day; otherwise the next ship day (Sundays and federal holidays excluded). Standard delivery is then 2–5 business days in transit. 2-Day and Overnight options are available at checkout.
Every order ships tracked via FedEx or USPS, with shipment protection included at no extra cost. Compounds are lyophilized for shelf stability and vials are cushioned in sturdy boxes.
Standard (Ground) shipping is free on orders over $100, 2-Day over $200, and Overnight over $500 — applied automatically at checkout.
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses are not served yet. International shipping is coming soon.
Our compounds are 99%+ purity as tested, third-party verified, with a Certificate of Analysis available per batch.
For research handling: store lyophilized material at -20°C for long-term storage and 2–8°C short term, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Lyophilized compounds remain stable for 2+ years when stored properly. Refer to the lot-specific date for your batch.
Luvaminos H2O is a sterile, research-grade aqueous solvent — a standard laboratory supply offered as a research supply.
Yes. Independent testing is performed by Freedom Diagnostics and Janoshik Analytical, using HPLC to measure purity and net peptide content. The Certificate of Analysis names the lab that tested your batch.
It's self-serve. Enter your lot number in the batch lookup on our Certificate of Analysis page to open its COA instantly — no request needed. Your lot number is printed on the vial and shown in your order details. If you can't find it, email support@luvaminos.com with your order or lot number and we'll send the matching documentation.
Our compounds are produced by vetted manufacturing partners and verified through independent third-party testing before they reach the catalog.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we make it right with a replacement or a refund after a claim has been filed with the carrier — contact support with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We do not replace or refund for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or misuse, and reconstituted products are not eligible.
