All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges. If an order arrives damaged or defective, we replace or refund it after a carrier claim is filed.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right with a replacement or a refund — but only after a claim has been filed with the carrier. To start a claim, contact support with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Photo evidence is required and every claim is subject to review. We do not replace or refund for change of mind.
