How do I start earning points?

You're enrolled automatically when you create a Luvaminos account. Points are earned on every order at your tier's rate and post as pending, clearing to available after a 7-day hold.

What is a point worth?

Each point is worth $0.01 — 100 points is $1.00 in store credit. You redeem points at checkout in $1 increments, up to the value of the items in your cart.

Do points expire?

Points expire after 365 days of account inactivity. Placing an order or redeeming points resets the clock, so an active account keeps its balance.

Can I combine points with other discounts?

Yes — redeeming points for store credit works alongside automatic discounts. The one exception is the referred-friend first-order discount, which can't be combined with other discount codes.

How are tiers calculated?

By your net eligible spend over the trailing 12 months: under $500 is Researcher (5% back), $500+ is Senior Researcher (7.5%), and $1,000+ is Principal Investigator (10%). Tiers update automatically as your spend moves.

Do tiers reset?

Tiers reflect a rolling 12-month spend window, so they can move up or down over time. Your current tier and progress to the next are always shown in your account.
