These terms govern how you earn and redeem store credit through the Luvaminos rewards and referral program.

These Loyalty & Referral Program Terms (the “Program Terms”) govern the Luvaminos rewards and referral program (the “Program”) offered by Luvaminos LLC (“Luvaminos,” “we,” “us,” or “ our”). The Program lets eligible customers earn store credit on qualifying purchases and successful referrals. These Program Terms supplement, and form part of, our Terms of Service. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you accept these Program Terms.
Participation is open only to registered account holders in good standing who are at least 21 years of age and who meet the eligibility requirements of our Terms of Service. One account and one Program membership per person. We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke Program membership, and we may request verification of your identity, age, or account standing, at our sole discretion.
All rewards under the Program are issued solely as store credit that may be applied to eligible future purchases on our website. Store credit:
Store credit confers no ownership or vested right and may be modified or discontinued as described below.
You may earn store credit on qualifying purchases and on successful referrals. A “qualifying purchase” is a completed, paid order for eligible products that has not been cancelled, refunded, charged back, or returned. Amounts attributable to taxes, shipping, discounts, and store credit already applied may be excluded from the earning calculation.
You earn points on each qualifying purchase at the rate set by your membership tier, applied to the eligible product subtotal (the post-discount item subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and any store credit applied). Each point is worth $0.01, so 100 points equals $1.00 in store credit. Tiers are based on your net eligible spend over the trailing 365 days: Researcher earns 5%, Senior Researcher ($500+) earns 7.5%, and Principal Investigator ($1,000+) earns 10%. Points post as pending and become available after a 7-day holding period, provided the related order is not cancelled, refunded, or charged back. We may set, cap, or change earn rates, tier thresholds, qualifying criteria, and posting timing at any time on a prospective basis.
Referral credit is earned by the referring account only when a referred customer who is new to Luvaminos completes a qualifying purchase using your referral link or code. A “new customer” is a person who has not previously registered an account or placed an order with us.
The referred new customer receives 20% off their first qualifying order of $100.00 or more (eligible product subtotal). This discount is available once and may not be combined with other discount codes. The referring account earns 1,500 points ($15.00 in store credit) for each successful referral. The referral reward posts as pending when the referred order is placed and becomes available after a 7-day holding period; it is earned only after the referred customer’s first qualifying purchase and is subject to the same adjustment and reversal rules as other store credit.
The following are prohibited and void any associated rewards:
We may withhold, reverse, claw back, or cancel referral credit, and may suspend or close the accounts involved, where we determine or reasonably suspect any such activity.
The Program is a customer rewards program and is distinct from our affiliate program. Under the Program you earn store credit only — not cash, commissions, or any monetary payout — and the Program involves no payout schedule, tax reporting, or identity-verification (KYC), anti-money-laundering, or sanctions screening. Participation as an affiliate is separate, is commission-based, and is governed by the Affiliate Terms. Nothing in these Program Terms makes you an affiliate, contractor, agent, or partner of Luvaminos.
Points may expire. Unless we state otherwise, your points balance expires after 365 days of account inactivity — that is, 365 consecutive days with no earning or redemption activity. Any qualifying earn or redemption resets this period. Expired points are forfeited, have no cash value, and cannot be reinstated except at our discretion. Where applicable law requires different treatment, expiration terms will be adjusted accordingly.
We may withhold, reduce, reverse, claw back, cancel, or invalidate any points or store credit, and may suspend or terminate your Program membership or account, where we determine or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, error, gaming of the Program, or a violation of these Program Terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. If an order on which credit was earned is later cancelled, refunded, returned, or charged back, the related credit may be reversed. All such determinations are made at our sole discretion.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, any membership tier, or any reward, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Changes are effective when posted to this page or otherwise communicated to you. Your continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it. Upon termination of the Program, unredeemed store credit has no cash value and may be forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These Program Terms are part of, and incorporate by reference, our Terms of Service. The governing-law, binding-arbitration, class-action-waiver, and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Service apply to the Program and to any dispute arising out of or relating to it, and are incorporated here by reference rather than restated. In the event of a conflict between these Program Terms and the Terms of Service with respect to the Program, these Program Terms control as to the Program. Luvaminos LLC is the operating entity responsible for the Program.
The Program is a commercial loyalty incentive that applies to purchases of research-use-only compounds. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use, are not for human or animal consumption, and are not drugs, food, or cosmetics. Nothing in the Program constitutes medical, usage, or dosing guidance, and earning or redeeming store credit does not change the intended research use of any product.
