What actually arrives in the package?
A sealed glass vial of freeze-dried powder.
The label shows the product, the amount and the lot number. Scan the QR code on the vial to open that lot's certificate.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. It ships in a plain black poly mailer with no product names or branding on the outside.
What happens if something is wrong with my order?
We replace it or refund you. Report it at luvaminos.com/order-issue, or reply to any email from us. Report any problem within 30 days of delivery.
This covers a lost package, a damaged or wrong item, or purity below what the lot's certificate shows. Add a photo if it arrived damaged or wrong. If you added Shipping Protection, the items in a lost, damaged or stolen package are refunded or reshipped, your choice, no questions asked, unless a claim is fraudulent or abusive. Full policy.
