Frequently asked questions

What is in the vial, who measured it, when it ships, and what happens if something goes wrong.

When will my order ship?

Same day, if you order before 6:00 PM ET. We pack and hand to the carrier seven days a week, including weekends, so a Saturday order does not sit until Monday. After the cutoff it goes out the next day. Shipping is two-day, $10 flat and free over $200, and your tracking number is emailed the moment the label is created.

Can I check the test results myself, without taking your word for it?

Yes, and that is the point of how this is set up. Every lot is tested by Freedom Diagnostics Testing, PLLC of Franklin, Tennessee, an independent laboratory we do not own, CLIA number 14D2263999. Every certificate names that laboratory and carries an accession number issued by them, and their verification portal is public. You can look the result up on the laboratory’s own system rather than on ours. See the certificate library.

What does a purity percentage actually tell me?

Purity by HPLC measures how much of the peptide-related material in the vial is the compound you ordered.

What happens if something is wrong with my order?

You have 30 days from delivery to get your money back. Nothing has to be sent back. Email support@luvaminos.com with your order number. Read the full policy.

How can I pay?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Zelle.

What purity do you hold every lot to?

99% by HPLC. Every lot is measured against that standard and the measured result is published on that lot’s certificate.

What actually arrives in the box?

A sealed glass vial of lyophilized powder, labelled with the product, the fill mass, the purity and its lot number. There is a QR code on the vial that takes you straight to the certificate for that lot.

Where do you ship?

The United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Those three go by USPS Priority Mail rather than two-day, because two-day service is not available to them. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to a freight forwarder. Full shipping terms.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the label is created. You can also view it against the order in your account.

How should I store it?

Sealed and unopened, keep the vial cool, dry and out of direct light. The lyophilized powder is stable through normal room-temperature transit, which is why it does not ship on a cold chain. Once reconstituted, keep it refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C and away from light.

Is there an expiry date on the vial?

No. The label carries the product, the fill mass, the purity and the lot number, not a printed expiry date. The lot number takes you to the certificate for that exact lot, including the date it was tested.

I cannot find the compound I am looking for.

If you cannot find what you are looking for, request a compound.

How do you verify product quality?

Every lot is reviewed through documented quality control before release. We use independent third-party testing to verify identity and purity, and every lot is measured for net peptide content against its labeled amount. Select products carry a full eight-test panel that includes those three. Certificates of Analysis give researchers clear lot-level documentation instead of vague quality claims.

Where are your peptides manufactured?

Our finished products are single source and manufactured through a controlled United States-based process.

What kind of testing do you perform?

Three tests run on every lot without exception: purity, identity, and net peptide content. Purity by HPLC separates the compound from related impurities. Identity by mass spectrometry confirms the molecule is the one on the label. Net peptide content reports how many milligrams of peptide are actually in the vial, measured against the labeled amount, which purity alone does not tell you. Select products carry a full eight-test panel that adds endotoxin, microbial screening, heavy metals, a fentanyl screen and an appearance check on top of those three.

What is lyophilization, and why does it matter?

Lyophilization is a freeze-drying process that removes water from the peptide under vacuum, leaving a dry research-grade powder instead of a pre-mixed liquid solution. This helps preserve stability during storage and shipping, including normal room-temperature transit conditions. Researchers then reconstitute the powder with an appropriate solvent when they are ready to use it according to their laboratory protocol.

What should researchers look for in a peptide supplier?

Look for a supplier that can show the full path to a finished vial: qualified sourcing, domestic formulation, domestic fill-finish, domestic lyophilization, third-party testing, and lot-level documentation. Purity alone is not enough. The finished-vial process is where consistency, stability, and trust are built. Luvaminos is designed around that standard, with a clear manufacturing process researchers can actually evaluate.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Email support@luvaminos.com as soon as you can. If the order has not been packed yet we will do everything we can to change or cancel it. Once a shipping label has been bought the parcel is on its way and we can no longer change it.

Is the packaging discreet, and what shows on my statement?

Orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There are no product names, no compound names, and no branding on the outside of the box, only the shipping label. Your card statement shows LUVAMINOS.COM and nothing else.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

We can support larger research orders. Email support@luvaminos.com with your requirements and we will follow up. The volume and kit discounts on the site apply automatically and need no code.

How do I report a problem or a concern?

Email support@luvaminos.com or use the form on Contact. We work to resolve complaints within 7 business days. Email is answered 8 AM to 10 PM ET, seven days a week, and messages outside those hours are answered first thing in the morning.
