7. Product Quality Disclaimer

Every peptide lot we sell is tested by an independent laboratory before it goes on sale, and its certificate shows the purity it measured. A certificate reflects testing on a sample from one lot at the time of analysis. Our only promises about purity are in sections 7 and 27 of our Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as sections 13 to 16 of our Terms of Service describe.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luvaminos LLC, its parent, affiliates, officers, and employees against claims brought by others arising from your use, handling, or misuse of any product or your breach of this disclaimer, as section 16 of our Terms of Service describes.
