Shipping
Order by 6 PM ET Monday to Friday, or 1 PM ET on Saturday, and it ships the same day. In the US, UPS Ground is $10 and free from $150, arriving 3 to 5 business days after it ships. Two-day is $15, $5 from $150 and free from $200.

- Shipping discount
- $15 off shipping on orders with $200 or more of products, and $30 off at $400 or more, counted after discounts. When the discount is more than the price, shipping is free.
- Times
- Checkout shows the price and the days for your address before you pay. They allow for packing and for customs. They are our best guess, not a promise.
- Import tax
- Your country may charge import tax, duty and a UPS fee when the parcel arrives. You pay them to UPS, not to us. Checkout shows our estimate where we have one.
- Customs
- If customs takes your parcel and keeps it, we refund your whole order. A refused parcel, or one whose import tax isn't paid, isn't refunded, unless you live in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein or the UK and tell us in time that you are cancelling (see the Terms).
- Not shipped abroad
- Luv H₂O, and some products in some countries. Checkout says which.
- Address
- A phone number is required. Some countries also need a tax or import number, and checkout asks for it.
- Each order alone
- Every order outside the US ships as its own parcel, so the customs paperwork matches the box.
- Payment
- Card only, for now.

Shipping protection
An optional add-on at checkout. It comes selected (unselected for California and Massachusetts addresses), and you can remove it before you pay. It isn't offered on orders shipped outside the US.
It costs $5 on orders up to $50. Above $50 it is $5 plus 5% of the amount over $50, rounded up to the next 10 cents. It is worked out on your merchandise total after discounts, so a $90 order pays $7.
It covers a package lost in transit, damaged in transit, or stolen after delivery.
Something wrong with your order? Report it at luvaminos.com/order-issue, or reply to any email from us. Report any problem within 30 days of delivery. If it never arrived, that window starts on the expected delivery date. We refund or reship the items, your choice, no questions asked. No photos, police report or carrier claim needed. We may decline claims that are fraudulent or abusive.
The fee is non-refundable once your order ships. Shipping protection is a service we provide, not an insurance policy.
Research handling
Peptides ship as lyophilized powder for laboratory research use. Store sealed, cool and out of direct light on arrival, and refer to the certificate for the lot you received.

How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your shipping label is made. It's also under your orders in your account.

We replace it or refund you. Report it at luvaminos.com/order-issue, or reply to any email from us. Report any problem within 30 days of delivery. If it never arrived, that window starts on the expected delivery date.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), or with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Orders outside the US are paid by card only.
