The lines we hold.
- 01 — Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory. Always.
- 02 — We never grade our own material.
- 03 — No Certificate of Analysis, no listing. No exceptions.
- 04 — We publish who we are — entity, address, phone.
- 05 — We verify who we sell to before anyone sees a product: 21 or older, qualified researcher, research use only — and the confirmation is recorded against every order.
- 06 — Support never advises on the use of any compound. That line does not move.
- 07 — If we cannot document it, we do not sell it.
Third-Party Tested
Every batch is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory before it is sold. The testing is theirs, not ours, and the Certificate of Analysis says which lab did the work.
COA Available
A Certificate of Analysis is published per batch, with a lookup for matching any lot number to its document. Find the lot, pull the record, read what the lab reported.
Purity Standards
Purity is confirmed by HPLC against a 99%+ standard, and net peptide content is reported in milligrams against the labeled amount — so the vial and the paper agree.
Covered if lost
Lost packages are reshipped free — a plain policy, applied without argument. If a carrier loses your order, tell us and we handle the replacement, and the paperwork.
Real people, seven days a week
