The lines we hold.
- Every peptide lot is tested by an independent laboratory. Always.
- We never grade our own material.
- No Certificate of Analysis, no peptide listing. No exceptions.
- We publish who we are: entity, address, phone.
- We verify who we sell to before anyone sees a product (21 or older, qualified researcher, research use only), and the confirmation is recorded against every order.
- Support never advises on the use of any compound. That line does not move.
Third-Party Tested
Every peptide lot is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory before it is sold. The testing is theirs, not ours, and the Certificate of Analysis says which lab did the work.
COA Available
A Certificate of Analysis is published for every peptide lot, and the certificate library finds any lot by its number. Find the lot, pull the record, read what the lab reported.
Purity Standards
Purity is confirmed by HPLC against a 99%+ standard, and net peptide content is reported in milligrams against the labeled amount, so the vial and the paper agree.
Covered if lost
Lost packages are reshipped free. A plain policy, applied without argument: if a carrier loses your order, tell us and we handle the replacement, and the paperwork.

Support is answered directly by the people who run the company, 8 AM–10 PM ET, seven days a week. Orders, shipping, and documentation, handled by someone accountable.
We keep a deliberate no-returns policy: once research material leaves our custody, it cannot re-enter it. The rule is published before purchase, not discovered after.

- Freedom Diagnostics, an independent laboratory in Franklin, Tennessee that we do not own. Every certificate carries an accession number you can look up on the lab’s own site.
- Can I see the certificate for my vial?
- Yes. Every peptide lot’s Certificate of Analysis is in the certificate library. Match the lot number printed on your vial.
- How fast do orders ship?
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET on weekdays or 1:00 PM ET on Saturday ship the same day. Rates and free-shipping thresholds are on the shipping page.
- What if something goes wrong?
- A parcel lost in transit, an item that arrives damaged, the wrong item, or material below its lot’s published purity is covered by our 30-day guarantee. The refund policy has the details.
