Email us within 30 days of delivery and we put it right — a replacement or your money back, whichever you choose.
There is no return label, no return authorization number and no restocking fee. You keep the item. The shipping cost on a single vial is more than the vial, so asking you to mail one back to fix our mistake would be theatre.
