This covers a lost package, a damaged or wrong item, or purity below what the lot's certificate shows. Add a photo if it arrived damaged or wrong. We ship to most countries. Orders abroad are paid by card only.

The buyer pays any import tax or duties to the carrier when the parcel is delivered. Checkout lists every country we ship to, and Countries we ship to gives each country's price and delivery time. In the US, most orders go UPS, and PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some rural addresses go USPS. We don't ship to military (APO/FPO) addresses or to freight forwarders. Shipping details.

No, there's no printed expiry date.

The lot number on the label takes you to that lot's certificate, which shows the date it was tested.

Every lot is tested for purity, identity and amount by an independent lab.

Purity (HPLC) shows how much of it is the right compound. Identity (mass spectrometry) confirms it's the right molecule. Net content shows how many milligrams are really in the vial. Select products also get a full 8-test panel that adds endotoxin, microbes, heavy metals, a fentanyl screen and appearance.

How much of the peptide in the vial is the compound you ordered. 99% purity means 99% of it is the right compound.

It's freeze-drying. The water is taken out, leaving a dry powder that stays stable in storage and shipping.

That's why it doesn't need to ship cold.

Proof you can check yourself. Look for independent testing on every lot and certificates you can verify with the lab.

Purity alone isn't enough: the lab, the lot on the vial and the certificate should all match up. Luvaminos publishes all three.
