Verification

How do you look up a peptide COA by lot or batch number?

Read the lot or batch number printed on the vial label, then open the certificate filed under that exact number. At Luvaminos the address is luvaminos.com/coa followed by the lot, and the same address is encoded in the QR code on the vial. Then confirm the report with the laboratory that issued it.

Where is the lot number on a vial?

On the printed vial label, next to the product name and amount. The lot (also called the batch) identifies one production run. A certificate is only evidence about the vial in your hand when the lot on the certificate matches the lot on the label, character for character.

How do you open the certificate for that lot?

Luvaminos publishes one page per lot at luvaminos.com/coa/ followed by the lot number. That address does not change, which is why it is printed on the vial as a QR code. The all-certificates page at luvaminos.com/coa lists every lot we hold, so you can also search it by product.

A store with a lookup box and a lot list serves the same purpose. If a store can only send a certificate on request, there is nothing to compare the vial against until it replies.

What is a lab verification number, and how do you use it?

Most independent laboratories give each report an accession or verification number and run a lookup page of their own. The number is printed on the report. Entering it on the laboratory's own site shows whether the lab issued that report, which a seller does not control.

Compare the compound, the lot, the test date and the figures on the lab's page with the certificate you were shown. Our testing laboratory is Freedom Diagnostics Testing, an independent lab we pay and do not own.

What should match between the vial, the certificate and the lab?

  • The lot number on the label and on the certificate.
  • The compound name and the labelled amount.
  • The purity by HPLC, the identity by mass spectrometry and the net peptide content.
  • The test date and the laboratory named on the report.

Questions

Where do I enter my lot number?

Open luvaminos.com/coa/ followed by the lot number printed on the vial, or scan the QR code on the label, which opens the same page.

Does the certificate address ever change?

No. A lot's certificate address is permanent, because it is printed on vials already shipped.

How do I know the report is real?

Enter the report's verification number on the issuing laboratory's own lookup page and compare the compound, lot, date and figures.
