Order by 6:00 PM ET and it leaves the same day.

Six days a week, Saturday included. A card, Apple Pay or Google Pay order placed before the cut-off is packed and handed to the carrier the same day. A Sunday order goes out the next shipping day, usually Monday.

Choose Ground or Two-day at checkout. Ground is $10, and free at $150. Two-day is $15, $5 at $150, and free at $200, measured after discounts. Most addresses go UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and some remote rural addresses go USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at the same prices. Priority Mail is not a guaranteed two-day service, and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and territories take longer. We do not ship to military (APO, FPO or DPO) addresses, and we do not offer Overnight.

The 30-day guarantee, and what it covers.

It covers the four things that are ours to get right: a parcel lost in transit, an item that arrives damaged, the wrong item, or material below the purity standard published for its lot. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we put it right. A damaged item gets a free replacement. A lost parcel, the wrong item or a purity problem gets a replacement or your money back, whichever you choose.

There is no return label, no return authorization number and no restocking fee. You keep the item. The shipping cost on a single vial is more than the vial, so asking you to mail one back to fix our mistake would be theatre.

A real person, seven days a week.

Every message is read by someone who actually works here. There is no bot, no ticket number, and no queue that answers on Tuesday.

If something has gone wrong with an order, you are talking to the person who can fix it, 8 AM–10 PM ET. Messages outside those hours are answered first thing in the morning.

Tested by a laboratory we do not own.

Every peptide lot goes to Freedom Diagnostics Testing, PLLC of Franklin, Tennessee, an independent US laboratory. Purity by HPLC, identity by mass spectrometry, and net peptide content, on every peptide lot without exception.

We never grade our own material. Every certificate names the lab that signed it and carries an accession number you can look up on that lab's own portal, so the record is checkable without us in the middle.
