Terms of Service

These Terms are the agreement between you and Luvaminos LLC for using our website and buying our products. They affect your legal rights, so please read them.

Last updated: October 16, 2026 (second version that day)

IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND A JURY TRIAL WAIVER (SECTION 17), A ONE-YEAR TIME LIMIT FOR CONTRACT AND WARRANTY CLAIMS (SECTION 18), AND LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY AND YOUR REMEDIES (SECTIONS 7 AND 13 TO 16). THEY ALSO COVER DISPUTES ABOUT EARLIER ORDERS, EMAILS AND OFFERS, AS SECTION 17.15 EXPLAINS. IN ARBITRATION THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY, AND THERE IS LESS DISCOVERY AND LESS RIGHT TO APPEAL THAN IN COURT.

The short version

A quick guide to these Terms. It does not change them: where it is shorter or simpler than the full text, the full text governs.

  • Research use only. Our products are sold for laboratory research and not for use in or on people or animals. By using our website or ordering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and a qualified researcher (sections 2 and 3).
  • Orders. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund what you paid (section 5).
  • Prices, codes and offers. We may change or end any price, code, deal, credit or reward at any time, even one described as permanent or “for life.” Offers from before October 15, 2026 have ended unless our website still shows them or our checkout still takes them (section 23).
  • Problems with an order. A lost parcel, or an item that arrives damaged, is the wrong item or is below its lot’s published purity standard, is covered by our 30-Day Guarantee (section 7). Shipping Protection, if you chose it, has its own section. A late parcel is not a reason for a refund. If a Two-day parcel arrives late, you may ask for the extra you paid for Two-day as store credit (section 6).
  • Disputes. Contact us first. If we cannot settle a dispute in 60 days, it goes to individual arbitration before one arbitrator, not to a court or a jury and never as a class action, unless it fits in small-claims court (section 17). A claim for breach of these Terms or of a warranty must be started within one year (section 18).
  • Limits. Our liability is limited, and you are responsible for claims others bring against us because of how you, or anyone you give a product to, handle or use a product (sections 13 to 16).
  • What binds us. These Terms, the product information, prices and offers on our website, what our checkout applies to your order, and your order confirmation. What affiliates, creators, community members, or our owners and team say personally does not bind us (sections 24 to 26).
  • Questions: support@luvaminos.com (section 31).

Contents

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Luvaminos LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Luvaminos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

You accept these Terms, and each later version of them, when, after that version is posted, you tick the two boxes we show before you enter our website (our “entry boxes”), create an account or sign in, or place an order. Using our website in any other way after a version is posted also binds you to it, except that section 17 changes only as section 17.15 says. Ticking the entry boxes, signing in and placing an order each count as your electronic signature, with the same effect as signing on paper, under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and the New Mexico Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

“These Terms” means this page, our Privacy Policy, and any extra terms we show you before you pay for a particular order or join a particular offer. The version of these Terms posted when you place an order governs that order. Section 19 explains how later versions apply.

“Luvaminos Parties” means Luvaminos LLC, our parent company and our other affiliates, and each of their owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents and contractors, and their successors and assigns. Sections 13 to 18 and 26 protect every Luvaminos Party, and each of them may enforce those sections.

If you use our website or buy for a business or other organization, you accept these Terms both for it and for yourself, and you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

2. Eligibility

Our products are offered only to qualified researchers and to those purchasing on behalf of legitimate research. We may approve or deny any account or order at our sole discretion and may request verification of your identity, age, or research purpose at any time.

To use our website or buy from us, you must be at least 21 years old and able to make a binding contract. You may not use our website or buy from us if we have refused you or closed your account, or if United States sanctions or export laws bar you, or the place you are in or are buying for, from dealing with us.

You must give us true, complete and current information. If you do not give us the verification we ask for, or we cannot verify it, we may hold, refuse or cancel your order or your account.

3. Products and Intended Use

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not for human or animal consumption, are not drugs, food, or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do not provide medical, usage, or dosing guidance of any kind. You represent that you are a qualified researcher and will use the products accordingly.

Nothing on our website, in our emails or messages, or from anyone on our team is medical advice or a claim about what any product does in a person or an animal.

Each time you enter our website, create an account, sign in or place an order, you represent and promise that:

  • you are at least 21 years old;
  • you are a qualified researcher, or are buying on behalf of legitimate research;
  • you are buying for your own research or your research team’s, and not to resell, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing;
  • neither you nor anyone who handles a product you bought will use it in or on a person or an animal in any way; and
  • you will store every product securely, away from anyone under 21 and anyone not qualified to handle research materials.

We rely on these promises every time we sell to you. They are material terms of every sale, and we would not sell to you without them.

Any use of a product in or on a person or an animal, or outside lawful research, is outside these Terms and is a breach of them. It is done entirely at the risk of the person who does it, and it is not a use we sell for, intend, advise or support.

If anyone else on your research team handles a product, you must pass these restrictions on to them, and you are responsible for what they do with it.

We do not give instructions or advice on using any product, or on whether a product is safe or suitable for any use. You are responsible for knowing the hazards of each product and how to handle, store and dispose of it safely, and you agree that our silence on any subject is not a sign that a product is safe or suitable for anything.

You are responsible for knowing and following every law that applies to you, including any rule where you live on buying, owning, using or disposing of research materials. We make no statement that any product may lawfully be bought, owned or used in any particular place.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Each person may have one account. You may not share, sell or transfer your account, or use anyone else’s. Sign-in codes we send you are for you alone: never share them, and tell us at once at support@luvaminos.com if you think someone else has used your account. We may merge, suspend or close duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for every order placed and every message sent through your account, and for keeping the email address and phone number on it secure. These duties apply except as the law limits your responsibility for use of your account that you did not authorize.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after an order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

To the extent the law allows, we may refuse service to anyone, decline to sell to anyone, and limit, refuse or cancel any order or quantity, for any reason or no reason, at our sole discretion. This includes orders that contain a pricing, product or other error, orders we believe are placed for resale, and orders from anyone who has abused a promotion, filed a chargeback we consider unwarranted, or been abusive toward our team. We may apply these limits to orders that share an account, payment method, email address, phone number, name, household, shipping address, internet address or device. We do not have to give a reason. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the amount charged for that order to your original payment method, and that refund is your only remedy for the cancellation.

When you place an order, you are offering to buy. Our order confirmation email means we received your order; it is not our acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it. Until then we may cancel all or part of it, and if we do, we refund what you paid for the part we cancel.

We may hold any order for review before it ships, for example to check identity, address, payment or eligibility, and we may ask you for information or documents. If you do not give us what we ask for, or we are not satisfied with it, we may cancel the order and refund it.

We work to keep prices, products, deals and discounts accurate, but mistakes happen. If a price, product description, deal, discount, code or shipping charge is wrong because of a genuine error, such as a typo or a software or pricing error, we are not bound by it, even after we confirm your order. Before your order ships, we may cancel it and refund it in full, or offer it to you at the correct price. If we find the error after your order ships, and it is one you could reasonably have recognized as a mistake, such as a price far below our usual price, you may choose to pay the difference or to send the products back with a prepaid label we provide for a full refund of what you paid for them. Otherwise, the order stands at the price you paid.

Products are available only while stock lasts. We may limit quantities per order, person, household, address or payment method, and we may stop selling any product at any time. If an item you paid for turns out to be out of stock after you order, we may refund that item and ship the rest of your order.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), including through Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card number. A card order is placed once payment is authorized.

When checkout offers it, or when we ask you in writing to pay a balance this way, you may pay by Zelle, a bank-to-bank transfer you send from your own banking app. A Zelle order or balance is not paid until we match your transfer to it, and we may cancel an order if payment is not received within the stated window or does not match the order total.

When you use any payment method, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge or collect the total amount of your order, including taxes, shipping, and any shipping protection you select. If a payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise not completed, we may cancel the order. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you give us. If a payment is reversed after your order ships, the price of what we shipped is still owed to us, unless the parcel was lost or we refunded or replaced it.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes unless checkout says so. When checkout adds sales or use tax to an order, it shows the amount before you pay. You are responsible for any other tax that applies to your purchase.

Your card or bank statement shows our charge under the billing name given at checkout and at the bottom of every page of our website.

You may ask us to cancel an order at any time before the carrier first scans its parcel, by emailing support@luvaminos.com with your order number or by replying to your order confirmation. Most orders go out the same day they are placed, so there is usually not enough time to stop one. If we can stop the order before that first scan, we cancel it and refund it in full to your original payment method. Once the carrier has scanned the parcel, the order can no longer be cancelled, and section 7 and the Shipping Protection section cover any problem with it.

If we let you add items to an order that has not shipped, the shipping you already paid is not refunded, even if the new total would have qualified for a lower shipping price, and deals apply as our checkout works them out.

When we refund an order or part of one, the money goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides when it shows on your account.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship only to the places our checkout offers, and we do not ship to military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO) or to freight forwarders or reshipping services. Title and risk of loss pass to you (or to the carrier on your behalf) upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier, except as our 30-Day Guarantee and our Shipping Protection provide.

Transit times shown on the website and at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees: once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is outside our control. A parcel that never arrives is handled under our 30-Day Guarantee.

Every delivery date we show is the carrier’s estimate, and a late parcel is not a reason for a refund or a replacement. If you paid for Two-day and the parcel is delivered more than two days after the carrier’s first scan, not counting Saturdays, Sundays, carrier holidays or any longer time our Shipping page gives for your address, you may ask us, within the time section 7 gives for a claim, for the difference between what you paid for Two-day and what Ground would have cost, as store credit. That credit is the only remedy for a late Two-day parcel. If you paid for Ground, a late parcel earns nothing, even if we sent it by a faster service. If we choose to offer anything more for a late parcel, it is a one-time courtesy, not an admission and not a promise for any other order.

In these Terms, a parcel is “lost” when the carrier reports it lost, when a carrier search for it fails, or when its tracking shows no new carrier scan for 7 days in a row after its last scan (or after its label was created, if it was never scanned). A parcel that is only late is not lost.

If a parcel we treated as lost is delivered after we refunded or replaced it, you must tell us. You may then pay for those items, send them back with a prepaid label we provide, or refuse the delivery if the carrier lets you. If you keep them without paying, you owe us for them at the price you paid.

A parcel is “delivered” when the carrier records it as delivered at the address on its label, including to a mailroom, locker, pickup point, neighbor or safe place, or to another address the carrier sent it to at your or the recipient’s request. A parcel the carrier shows as delivered is not lost in transit, even if you cannot find it. Shipping Protection also covers a package stolen after delivery, which means a package the carrier shows as delivered that you tell us you did not receive. Shipping Protection is our own promise about delivering what you bought from us. For a delivered parcel you cannot find on an order without Shipping Protection, we may look into what happened, and we may ask you to check with your household, neighbors and building and to wait while the carrier looks for it. Anything we then offer, such as a replacement that needs a signature, is our choice.

You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct shipping address. We ship to the address on your order. If you ask us to change it, we will try, but we cannot promise to. A parcel delivered to the address you gave us, or to an address it was redirected to at your request or by someone you gave your tracking details to, counts as delivered.

We may require a signature for any delivery, including a replacement. We choose the carrier for every parcel, and the service for any replacement.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected, we will contact you. We may reship it once you pay for the new shipping, or refund the price of the items. The shipping and any Shipping Protection fee you paid for that parcel are not refunded.

If our checkout offers delivery to a country outside the United States, you are responsible for that country’s rules and for any duties, taxes and fees charged on delivery, and any extra terms for that country that checkout shows you also apply to that order. Unlike a parcel inside the United States, a parcel going outside the United States that is refused, left uncollected, not delivered because those charges were not paid, or not delivered because the address you gave was wrong or incomplete is not refunded, unless the law of that country requires a refund.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is an optional service offered at checkout. It is pre-selected (except for California and Massachusetts addresses), and you may remove it before you pay. If it is selected when you pay, its fee is added to your order total.

The fee is $5 for an order whose merchandise total after discounts is $50 or less. Above $50, the fee is $5 plus 5% of the amount over $50, rounded up to the next whole dollar.

Shipping protection covers a package that is lost in transit, damaged in transit, or stolen after delivery.

To make a claim, email support@luvaminos.com with your order number within 30 days of the delivery date or, for a package that never arrives, within 30 days of its expected delivery date. We will reship the affected items or refund them, your choice, no questions asked. No photographs, police report, or carrier claim is required. We may decline claims that are fraudulent or abusive.

The shipping protection fee is non-refundable once your order has shipped. Shipping protection is a service we provide; it is not an insurance policy.

Shipping outside the United States

This section applies to any order shipped to an address outside the United States. Where it differs from the rest of these Terms, this section wins for that order.

Where we ship. Checkout lists every country. We don't ship to some countries at all, and to some only with limits. If we can't ship to your country, or can't ship a product there, checkout tells you why before you pay. We may cancel and refund any order going outside the United States before it ships.

Shipping and payment. These orders ship with UPS, with tracking. Our Shipping page lists the prices. Shipping Protection is not offered on these orders. For now we take card payments only for them; Zelle isn't available.

Delivery times. The days shown at checkout are our best guess, not a promise. Customs can add days or weeks. Tracking often goes quiet after the parcel leaves the United States. That is normal and does not mean it is lost.

How we declare your parcel. We declare every parcel truthfully, at the price you paid. We never mark a parcel as a gift, list a lower value or leave out what is inside, and we can't change the description for you. Each order going outside the United States ships as its own parcel, so the paperwork matches the box.

Import tax and your country's rules

These orders ship “Delivered At Place” (DAP). That means you are the importer. Your country may charge import tax, duty and a fee for the carrier's paperwork when the parcel arrives. You pay these to UPS, not to us. They are not part of your order total, and we can't pay, lower or refund them. Where we can, checkout shows our estimate. It is only an estimate: your country's customs decides the real amount. Paying UPS online before delivery is usually quicker and can skip a doorstep fee.

It's up to you to check that your country allows these products in, and in the amount you order. Shipping to a country is not a promise that its customs will let a parcel through. We can't advise on any country's law. Some countries limit which products, or how many vials, can come in at once. Checkout checks your cart against those limits and won't take payment until it fits.

Refused parcels, wrong addresses and customs

If you refuse the parcel, or don't pay the import tax, you don't get a refund, unless you tell us in time that you are cancelling under EU or UK law (see “Cancelling under EU or UK law” below). That includes the products and the shipping. The parcel is left with the carrier to be destroyed, or comes back to us, and we don't ship it again.

Your address and phone number must be full and correct, with any tax or import number your country asks for. Once a parcel has left us, we can't change where it goes.

If the address you give is wrong or incomplete and the parcel comes back or is lost, it can't be refunded, unless you tell us in time that you are cancelling under EU or UK law (see “Cancelling under EU or UK law” below). In the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and the UK, this rule wins over “the parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you” below only when the address you gave was wrong or incomplete, and only as far as your country's law allows.

If your country's customs takes your parcel and keeps it, send us their letter or notice, or forward UPS's message about it. We refund your whole order, including shipping, the same day we confirm it. Then we stop shipping to your country while we look into it. A parcel that customs is only holding, or that is waiting for you to pay or send papers, has not been taken. Please answer customs or UPS the same day, and truthfully. What you say should match the invoice.

If UPS loses or damages the parcel, our 30-Day Guarantee covers it, the same as an order in the United States. A customs hold, a refused parcel and unpaid import tax are not “lost”. If you live in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein or the UK, the parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you.

If you dispute a charge with your bank for a refused parcel or unpaid import tax, we will send your bank these Terms and the UPS tracking. See section 8.

Country rules

  • Luv H₂O ships to US addresses only.
  • United Kingdom: orders need at least $190 of products, counted after discounts and not counting shipping.
  • Italy: we don't ship Luv RT or Luv TRZ to Italy, and an Italy order can have at most 2 vials of each product, so the multi-buy deals don't apply there.
  • Austria: Austrian law can fine private buyers who import some of these products.

Cancelling under EU or UK law

If you live in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein or the United Kingdom, the law lets you cancel your order without giving a reason, up to 14 days after the day you, or someone you name, receive it. This is separate from our 30-Day Guarantee.

To cancel, tell us clearly before those 14 days end, by email to support@luvaminos.com. You can use the form below, but you don't have to. Refusing a parcel without telling us you are cancelling is not cancelling.

You can also cancel on our website. Go to luvaminos.com/withdraw (“Withdraw from contract here”), fill in your order number, email and name, and press “Confirm withdrawal”. We email you a copy of what you sent, with the date and time we received it.

Then send the vials back within 14 days of telling us, with their seals unbroken. We'll email you where to send them. You pay the cost of sending them back.

We refund what you paid us for the products and the standard shipping within 14 days of hearing from you, the same way you paid. We may wait until the vials reach us, or until you show us you have sent them, whichever comes first. Import tax and fees you paid to UPS were not paid to us, so we can't refund them.

A vial whose seal was broken after delivery can't be returned this way, because we can't check it hasn't been contaminated.

Cancellation form (fill it in and send it only if you want to cancel):

  • To: Luvaminos LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States, support@luvaminos.com
  • I give notice that I cancel my contract to buy the following goods:
  • Ordered on / received on:
  • Name:
  • Address:
  • Signature (only if you send this form on paper):
  • Date:

Your local rights

If the law where you live gives you a right that can't be signed away, nothing in these Terms takes it away.

If you live in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein or the UK, the law gives you remedies against us, free of charge, if goods are not as described in our contract with you. Our 30-Day Guarantee is in addition to those rights and does not affect them.

7. Guarantee, Returns and Refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-Day Guarantee. If a parcel is lost in transit, or an item arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or is below the purity standard published for its matching lot, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For a parcel that never arrives, that time runs from the last expected delivery date the carrier showed for it. You choose your remedy: a replacement, or a refund to the original payment method.

If your order has Shipping Protection, the items in a lost, damaged or stolen package are refunded or reshipped, your choice, no questions asked, unless a claim is fraudulent or abusive.

No return shipment is required: you keep the item, and there is no return label, no return authorization number, and no restocking fee. A clear photo of the item and its packaging is required for a damaged item or a wrong item; a lost parcel does not require a photo. The photo must show the vial’s label, including its lot number where it has one, and for a damaged item, the damage. A claim that an item is below the purity standard published for its lot must be supported by an analytical test result you obtained, identifying the laboratory that performed it, the method used, and the lot number tested; a photograph cannot establish purity, and independent analysis is how the published standard was measured in the first place. Claims are made by emailing support@luvaminos.com with your order number, and each claim is subject to review.

For a purity claim, the material tested must come from a vial we sent you, and the result must come from an analytical laboratory and name the lot tested. A home test kit, a color or visual test, or a result that does not name the lot does not count. We may ask for the laboratory’s full report and may check it with the laboratory.

For this guarantee, the purity standard published for a lot is 99%. An item is below it only when a test that meets this section measures its purity at less than 99% by HPLC with UV detection, the method its certificate uses. A different method, or a figure for content in milligrams, does not show that an item is below the standard.

The guarantee does not cover a change of mind or an order you no longer need, and we may decline a claim that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive, for example because it is part of a pattern of claims on the same account, address, phone number, email address or payment method. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-Day Guarantee in plain steps. If it ever differs from this section, this section governs.

A refund under this section is the amount you paid for the affected items, after any deal or discount on them. A unit from a volume deal is valued as section 23 says. Shipping charges are refunded only when a whole order is cancelled before it ships. An item we gave you at no charge, such as a free item we added to your order, a giveaway prize or a replacement we sent, is replaced, not refunded.

We do not accept returns unless we ask for an item back, because we cannot know how a product was stored or handled after it left us. If we send you more than you ordered by mistake, please tell us. We may ask you to send the extra items back with a prepaid label we provide, or you may choose to keep them and pay for them. A wrong item is covered by the guarantee above.

EXCEPT AS SECTIONS 5, 6 AND 28 PROVIDE, THE REMEDIES IN THIS SECTION AND IN THE SHIPPING PROTECTION SECTION ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT, AN ORDER OR A DELIVERY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. THE LAST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION 15 STILL APPLIES.

The 30-Day Guarantee is a limited warranty from Luvaminos LLC that lasts for the guarantee period described above. Any implied warranty the law does not let us disclaim lasts only for that same period, starting on delivery. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.

Anything we give beyond these Terms, such as store credit, a free item or a replacement we did not owe, is a courtesy we choose each time. It is not an admission, and it does not give you or anyone else a right to the same thing again.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

In short

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first: you have a 30-day guarantee and we can usually fix it faster than your bank can. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, we may share your order, consent, and delivery records with them, and we may pause or close your account while the dispute is open.

Summary only. The full section below governs.

If you believe there is a problem with a charge or an order, please contact us at support@luvaminos.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues are resolved far more quickly by contacting us directly, and we ask for a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concern first.

Every order carries our 30-Day Guarantee, and a claim can be opened by email at any point within 30 days of delivery, with no return shipment required. Because that remedy is available to you directly, a chargeback is not a substitute for a claim: a charge for an order that was delivered as described, and for which no guarantee claim was raised with us, is not a valid basis for a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, you authorize us to submit relevant records to your bank or card issuer in response, including your order and payment details, the research-use and age acknowledgments you accepted, your order and shipping addresses, carrier tracking and delivery confirmation, and any correspondence about a guarantee claim.

We may contest any chargeback or payment dispute. To do so, you authorize us to give your bank, your card issuer, the card networks, our payment providers and the carriers any records about you, your account and your orders, including your sign-in and order history, internet address and device details, your messages with us, delivery and tracking records, and these Terms.

If a dispute is decided in your favor, you may not also get a refund, replacement or credit for the same order, and you must repay any you already received. If a dispute is decided in our favor, or you withdraw it, the charge stands and you may not dispute it again. Codes, credits and rewards tied to a disputed order are reversed, and we may pursue any amount owed by any lawful means.

We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel any open orders, and decline future orders while a dispute is pending or following a chargeback we determine to be unwarranted. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable law or the rules of your card network.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Luvaminos name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Luvaminos LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute it without our prior written consent.

You may not use our name, logos, product names, photos, certificate pages or other content in any ad, website, domain name, social media name, product listing or product, or in any way that suggests we endorse or work with you, without our written permission. Partners follow their partner agreement.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you or owing you anything.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the website or products for any unlawful purpose;
  • practice human or animal dosing, administration, or consumption of any product, or discuss, solicit or describe it with us or in a space we run;
  • represent or imply that any product is for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic use;
  • use any product in a manner inconsistent with in-vitro research and laboratory use;
  • misrepresent your identity, age, or research purpose;
  • circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass the age gate or any access control on the website;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the website or collect data from it without our prior written permission;
  • resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer products without our prior written authorization;
  • use a code, credit or offer you are not eligible for, or get an offer more than once by using more than one account, email address, phone number, name or address;
  • sell or trade any code or credit, or post a single-use, personal or referral code on a coupon or deal website;
  • refer yourself, your household or your own accounts;
  • make a false claim or chargeback, or ask us for something you know you are not owed;
  • harass, threaten or abuse our team, our partners or other customers, or keep repeating a demand we have already refused;
  • pretend to be us, our owners, our team or a partner, or say or suggest that you speak for us;
  • buy or try to buy after we have refused you or closed your account, including through another account, person, address or payment method;
  • use a freight forwarder, a reshipping service or a military address to receive products;
  • copy or reproduce our website, product pages or images for another business; or
  • interfere with the security or operation of the website.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of any pending orders, and refusal of future orders.

Nothing in this section limits or penalizes a review or other assessment of us, our products or our service. Section 29 says what we may remove from spaces we run.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

If we close your account or stop selling to you, we may cancel any open order and refund it. Any code, reward, referral credit, review credit or other credit on your account then ends, whether or not you earned it, except store credit that you accepted in place of a refund we owed you: we refund its unused amount to your original payment method. You may not open another account, or buy through anyone else, after we have closed yours.

You may stop using our website at any time, and you may ask us to close your account by emailing support@luvaminos.com. The sections listed under “Survival” in section 20 still apply after your account closes.

12. Affiliate and Referral Program

If you participate in our affiliate or referral program, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms. Participation is offered, approved, suspended, or revoked at our sole discretion.

Commission eligibility

Whether a referral qualifies for a commission, and the applicable rate, is determined by us at our sole discretion. Commissions may be adjusted or reversed for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or disputed orders.

Payout schedule and withholding

Approved commissions are paid on our standard payout schedule, net of returns and adjustments. We may withhold, offset, or delay any payout where we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks

Payouts are conditioned on completion of identity verification (KYC) and any applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and sanctions screening. No commission is released until these checks are completed to our satisfaction, and we may withhold payouts pending their completion.

Termination and forfeiture

We may terminate your affiliate status at any time. If your status is terminated for fraud, any unpaid commissions are forfeited. Nothing else forfeits a balance (see section 4 of the Affiliate Terms).

Affiliate content and disclosures

You are solely responsible for your own content and for making the disclosures required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, including clear and conspicuous disclosure of your material connection to Luvaminos. All affiliate content must use a research framing only and must not include human-use, dosing, medical, therapeutic, or comparative drug claims, and must not make or imply any statement that a product is used by or has an outcome for a person.

Affiliate indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luvaminos LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your affiliate content, your conduct, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Assumption of Risk

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE RESEARCH MATERIALS THAT MAY BE HAZARDOUS IF MISHANDLED AND WHOSE HAZARDS HAVE NOT BEEN FULLY INVESTIGATED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE, RECEIPT, HANDLING, STORAGE, USE, MISUSE AND DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCTS, BY YOU OR BY ANYONE WHO GETS THEM FROM YOU, INCLUDING RISKS FROM IMPROPER STORAGE OR HANDLING, CONTAMINATION OR DEGRADATION AFTER DELIVERY, OR ANY USE IN OR ON A PERSON OR AN ANIMAL, AND INCLUDING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LEGAL OR REGULATORY ACTION, AND FINANCIAL LOSS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST LUVAMINOS LLC AND EVERY OTHER LUVAMINOS PARTY ARISING FROM THESE RISKS. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT COVER A CLAIM FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR A CLAIM CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR FRAUD, WHERE THE LAW THAT GOVERNS THE CLAIM DOES NOT ALLOW IT TO BE RELEASED.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE 30-DAY GUARANTEE IN SECTION 7, THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

  • the products will meet your specific research requirements;
  • any product is safe or suitable for any particular use;
  • the purity or composition of any product is guaranteed after delivery, as it depends on storage, handling, and conditions outside our control;
  • information on the website is complete, accurate, or current; or
  • the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Any Certificate of Analysis reflects the results of analysis at the time it was performed only and is not a continuing warranty of the product after it leaves our control.

NO STATEMENT BY ANYONE, INCLUDING OUR TEAM, OUR OWNERS SPEAKING FOR THEMSELVES, PARTNERS, CREATORS, REVIEWERS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS, CREATES ANY WARRANTY OR CHANGES THIS SECTION.

IF THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW US TO DISCLAIM AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, THAT WARRANTY IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 30-DAY GUARANTEE PERIOD, STARTING ON DELIVERY, AND ANY REMEDY FOR ITS BREACH IS LIMITED AS SECTION 7 PROVIDES.

Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limits may not apply to you. The 30-Day Guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

If you live in New Jersey, sections 13 to 15 apply to you, except that they do not limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our gross negligence, recklessness or willful misconduct.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO LUVAMINOS PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, RESEARCH, TIME, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, OUR WEBSITE, ANY ORDER OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALL LUVAMINOS PARTIES TOGETHER FOR ALL CLAIMS ABOUT AN ORDER OR A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND IN NO CASE MORE THAN THE TOTAL YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER IT WAS PART OF. FOR ALL OTHER CLAIMS, IT WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

THESE LIMITS APPLY WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR STATUTE, AND EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

You agree that these limits are a material basis of the bargain between you and us, that our prices reflect them, and that we would not offer our website or products without them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for anything else, where the law that governs the claim does not allow a contract to exclude or limit it. Where that law applies, our liability is excluded or limited to the fullest extent it allows.

16. Indemnification

In short

If someone else brings a claim against us because of how you, or anyone you gave a product to, used or handled the products, because of a medical or use claim you made about them, or because you broke these Terms or the law, you cover our costs. We can take over the defense, and you cannot settle on our behalf without our written consent.

Summary only. The full section below governs.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless every Luvaminos Party from and against any claim, demand, investigation or action brought by anyone other than you, including a government agency, and the liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that come from it, arising from or relating to:

  • your use, misuse, handling, storage, transfer or disposal of the products, and the use of a product by anyone who got it from you;
  • any use of a product in or on a person or an animal;
  • any health, medical or use claim you make about a product, and any statement you make about using a product in or on a person or an animal;
  • any marketing, affiliate, partner or social content you create or share that references us or the products;
  • any false information you give us, including about your age, identity, qualifications or research purpose;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; and
  • any regulatory action, investigation or inquiry arising from your conduct.

This section does not cover a review or other assessment of us, or any part of a claim that results from our own negligence or willful misconduct.

We may, at our option and at your expense, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us. You may not settle any such matter without our prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In short

Before either of us takes a dispute further, we try to work it out for 60 days. If we cannot, one neutral arbitrator decides it in an individual case, by video or near where you live: not in court, not by a jury, and never as a class action. This covers disputes about earlier orders, emails and offers too, as section 17.15 explains. Small-claims cases are the exception.

Summary only. The full section below governs.

17.1 Disputes this section covers. “Dispute” means any dispute, claim or controversy between you and any Luvaminos Party that relates in any way to these Terms, our website, any order, product, price, deal, code, credit, reward or promotion, any advertising, email, message or other statement, our collection, use or sharing of information (including claims under privacy, wiretap, data security, accessibility and consumer protection laws), or any other part of your relationship with us, whatever the legal theory. It includes Disputes about things that happened before you accepted these Terms, such as earlier orders, advertising, pricing, promotions, codes and emails, as section 17.15 provides; Disputes that are the subject of a class action in which you are not a member of a certified class; and Disputes that arise after your account or these Terms end. Every Luvaminos Party may enforce this section.

17.2 First, a written notice and 60 days to resolve it. Before either of us starts an arbitration, the one with the Dispute must send the other a written Notice of Dispute, and we must both try in good faith to resolve it for 60 days after the Notice is received, or longer if we both agree in writing. You send your Notice by email to support@luvaminos.com with “Notice of Dispute” in the subject line, or by mail to the address in section 31. We send ours to the email address and mailing address on your account or your most recent order. A Notice must include the name, email address, phone number and mailing address of the person with the Dispute, the order number or numbers involved, a description of the Dispute in enough detail for the other side to look into it (including the dates), and the relief wanted, with a good-faith calculation of any amount. It must be personally signed by that person, and by their lawyer if they have one. A Notice may cover only one person’s Dispute. If either of us asks, you and a representative of ours will take part personally in a phone or video call to try to settle the Dispute (lawyers may join), even if the call happens after the 60 days. All time limits to bring the Dispute are paused from the day a complete Notice is received until this process ends. Completing this process is a condition that must be met before any arbitration may be started, and a court named in section 18 may enforce it, including by stopping a filing that skipped it.

17.3 Binding individual arbitration. If a Dispute is not resolved under section 17.2, it will be resolved only by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court, except as this section 17 provides. YOU AND WE EACH GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JUDGE OR A JURY DECIDE A DISPUTE.

17.4 The administrator and the rules. JAMS will administer the arbitration under its rules for consumer arbitrations, including its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures and, for a Mass Arbitration, its Mass Arbitration Procedures and Guidelines, as this section changes them. The rules are at jamsadr.com. If this section conflicts with the JAMS Policy on Consumer Arbitrations Pursuant to Pre-Dispute Clauses (its Consumer Minimum Standards), that policy governs. If JAMS is unable or unwilling to administer the arbitration as this section provides, you and we will agree on another administrator that will, and if we cannot agree, either of us may ask a court to appoint one. If no administrator will administer it as this section provides, the Dispute will be decided by a court named in section 18, on an individual basis, and sections 17.8 and 17.9 still apply.

17.5 The arbitrator and the award. One neutral arbitrator, chosen under the JAMS rules, decides the Dispute. The arbitrator must follow these Terms and the law as a court would. The arbitrator may award, on an individual basis, the relief a court could award on an individual claim, and may award injunctive or declaratory relief only in favor of the individual party asking for it and only as far as needed to resolve that party’s own claim. The arbitrator may not award relief for or against anyone who is not a party. The arbitrator will give a written decision stating the essential findings and conclusions. An award has no precedential or preclusive effect in any other arbitration or proceeding with anyone who was not a party to it. Judgment on an award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

17.6 Hearings. Hearings take place by video conference or by phone, unless you or the arbitrator asks for an in-person hearing, which will be held in the county where you live or at another place we both agree on. If the amount in dispute is $10,000 or less, the person bringing the claim may choose to have it decided on written submissions alone.

17.7 What a demand must include. A demand for arbitration must include a copy of the Notice of Dispute and a statement that section 17.2 has been completed. It must be personally signed by the person bringing it, and by their lawyer if they have one, and it must name anyone other than the parties and their lawyers who has a financial interest in the outcome, such as a litigation funder. By filing a demand, the person bringing it and their lawyer each certify, as they would in federal court, that they are complying with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b), and the arbitrator may impose any sanction that Rule 11 allows.

17.8 No class, collective or representative actions. YOU AND WE EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT, WILL BE BROUGHT AND DECIDED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR TAKE PART IN SUCH AN ACTION, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. An arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any class, collective or representative proceeding. Handling a group of Disputes under section 17.10 is not a class, collective or consolidated proceeding, because each Dispute is still decided on its own. You and we keep the right to take part in a class-wide settlement. If, after all appeals, a court decides that this waiver cannot be enforced as to a particular claim or request for relief (such as a request for public injunctive relief), that claim or request, and only that one, will be decided by a court named in section 18 after every other claim and request has been decided in arbitration. It will never be heard in arbitration as a class or representative action.

17.9 No jury. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY DISPUTE, WHETHER IT IS DECIDED IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT.

17.10 Mass arbitration. If 25 or more similar Disputes, including yours, are brought against any Luvaminos Party within any 180-day period by the same or coordinated lawyers, or are otherwise coordinated (a “Mass Arbitration”), this section applies, and you agree that your Dispute may be delayed.

  • (a) The JAMS Mass Arbitration Procedures and Guidelines apply, except as this section changes them.
  • (b) Stage one. If there are more than 50 Disputes, the claimants’ lawyers and our lawyers each choose 25 of them, 50 in all, to go forward as individual arbitrations, each before a different arbitrator. If there are 50 or fewer, each goes forward individually. A Dispute withdrawn before its award is replaced by another.
  • (c) No other Dispute in the group is filed, or counts as filed, in arbitration, and no arbitration fees are owed for it, until it goes forward under this section.
  • (d) After the stage one awards, the lawyers for both sides take part in one global mediation, before a mediator they choose together, to try to resolve the remaining Disputes.
  • (e) Any Disputes still unresolved 60 days after the mediation then go forward in arbitration at the same time, in groups of up to 100, each group before one arbitrator, with one set of administrative fees per group where the administrator’s rules allow. Each claimant’s Dispute is still decided on its own facts, and no award decides anyone else’s Dispute.
  • (f) Time limits to bring a Dispute are paused for every Dispute in the group from the day its Notice of Dispute is received until it goes forward under this section.
  • (g) A court named in section 18 may enforce this section, including by stopping a filing that does not follow it.
  • (h) If any part of this section 17.10 is found unenforceable, that part is removed, and the administrator’s own mass arbitration procedures apply in its place.

17.11 Small claims court. Instead of arbitration, either of us may bring an individual claim in a small claims court in the United States, if the claim qualifies and stays there as an individual claim. If the person who brought it has it transferred or appealed to a court of general jurisdiction, it must be arbitrated under this section instead. If either of us files an arbitration demand about a claim that qualifies for small claims court, the other may, before an arbitrator is appointed, require that it be decided in small claims court in the county where you live, and the arbitration will then be closed.

17.12 Government agencies. Nothing in these Terms stops you from bringing a matter to the attention of a federal, state or local government agency, and where the law allows, that agency may seek relief.

17.13 Who decides. The arbitrator decides every question about the interpretation, scope, applicability, validity, enforceability or formation of this section 17, including whether a Dispute must be arbitrated, except that a court named in section 18 decides: (a) whether section 17.8 or section 17.9 can be enforced; (b) whether either of us complied with section 17.2 or section 17.10; and (c) which version of this section applies to a Dispute.

17.14 Fees and costs. Arbitration fees and costs are paid as the administrator’s rules and fee schedules provide. After an award, the arbitrator will apply the cost-shifting provisions of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 68.

17.15 Changes to this section. A new version of this section 17 applies to you only from the first time, after it is posted, that you tick our entry boxes, sign in or place an order. A Dispute is governed by the version of this section that applied to you when the Dispute arose, whether or not either of us knew of it then, and a later version never changes that. If no version of this section applied to you when a Dispute arose, it is governed by the first version that applies to you after that. If you validly opted out of arbitration under an earlier version of these Terms, that opt-out still applies to you.

17.16 Federal Arbitration Act, severability and survival. This section 17 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law. If any part of it is found unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest still applies, except as section 17.8 says about the class waiver. If this whole section is found not to apply to a Dispute, that Dispute goes to a court named in section 18, and sections 17.8 and 17.9 still apply to it. This section survives the end of your account, your last order and these Terms.

18. Governing Law, Venue and Time to Bring a Claim

These Terms, and every Dispute (as defined in section 17.1), are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs section 17. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Except for a claim in small claims court, any Dispute that is not arbitrated, any claim or request that section 17 sends to court, and any action about whether section 17 can be enforced must be brought only in the state courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, or in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and give up any objection to them based on venue or inconvenience. Any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on an arbitration award. If the law of the state where you live does not allow a consumer to be required to bring a case outside that state, this paragraph applies to you only as far as that law allows.

Time to bring a claim. To the fullest extent the law allows, any claim for breach of these Terms, of an order or of any warranty must be started, by sending a Notice of Dispute under section 17.2 or by filing in small claims court, within one year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred. This paragraph does not shorten the time the law gives you to bring any other kind of claim. If the law that governs a claim does not allow this limit, the shortest limit that law allows applies instead. This paragraph is separate from section 17: if it is found unenforceable, that does not affect section 17 or any other part of these Terms.

19. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. We post each new version on this page with its “Last updated” date, and we may also tell you about it by email or on our website. A new version applies to you from the first time, after it is posted, that you tick our entry boxes, sign in, place an order or otherwise use our website. A new version never changes an order you placed before it was posted: the version posted when you place an order governs that order. A change to section 17 applies only as section 17.15 says. If you do not agree to a new version, stop using our website and do not place another order.

20. Severability, Survival, Entire Agreement and General Terms

Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject. From the time you accept them, they replace every earlier version of these Terms and every other statement, promise, understanding, advertisement, email, post or offer about the same things, except that an order you already placed keeps the terms posted when you placed it, and section 17.15 says which version of section 17 governs a Dispute.

Order of precedence. If these Terms conflict with anything else we publish or say, including our Refund Policy, Shipping page, Disclaimer, FAQ, product pages, emails, ads, posts or support replies, these Terms govern. Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal information. For partners, the partner agreement they accepted governs our partner program, and these Terms govern everything else. The short version at the top of these Terms and the “In short” summaries are for convenience only, and the full text governs.

No reliance on other statements. You agree that, in using our website and buying from us, you have not relied on any statement, promise or offer that is not in these Terms (with the policies they name), in the product information, prices and offers published on our website, or applied by our checkout to your order, including anything said by a partner, creator, reviewer, community member, coupon or deal website, search engine or AI tool, or by anyone on our team speaking for themselves.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be changed only as much as needed to make it enforceable, in the way that best keeps its purpose, and the rest of these Terms stays in full effect. Section 17.16 governs section 17.

Fullest extent of the law. Each part of these Terms applies to the fullest extent the law that governs it allows. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that the law does not allow a contract to limit.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, or we make an exception for you or anyone else, we have not waived it. A waiver counts only if it is in writing and signed by a manager of Luvaminos LLC.

Survival. Sections 3, 6 and 7 (for claims made in time), 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 to 18, 20, 21, 23 (for codes, credits and offers already given), 24 to 27, 29 and 30, and any other part that by its nature should last, survive the end of your account, your last order and these Terms.

Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms, or any of our rights or duties under them, to anyone, including a buyer of our business, without notice to you. You may not assign or transfer them without our written consent.

Events outside our control. We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays or failures, weather, natural disasters, fire, illness or epidemics, strikes and other labor actions, shortages, laboratory or supplier delays, government actions or orders, sanctions, war, unrest, power or internet failures, and failures of payment, software or other service providers.

Third-party services and links. Payment providers, carriers, social media platforms, Discord and other services we use or link to are run by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for them, for their content or for what they do.

No third-party beneficiaries. Only you, we and the other Luvaminos Parties have rights under these Terms.

Relationship. Nothing in these Terms makes you our partner, agent, employee or joint venturer.

Interpretation. In these Terms, “including” means “including without limitation,” the singular includes the plural, and headings are for convenience only. No part of these Terms will be read against us because we wrote it.

Language. These Terms are written in English, and the English version governs.

21. Information You Provide and Our Rights to Use, Share, and Transfer

In short

You give us a broad, lasting license to use, share and transfer the information you provide to run and grow our business, including with our corporate family and advertising partners, always within what our Privacy Policy says. Where a law that applies to us gives you a right to opt out, you can use it (see our Privacy Policy). Rights you cannot waive under law are preserved.

Summary only. The full section below governs.

You grant Luvaminos LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, process, store, combine, disclose, share and transfer the information you provide for the purposes of operating and improving our business. The information you provide includes, without limitation:

  • identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, and account credentials;
  • order history and transaction records;
  • payment details (such as payment results, card brand and type, and the results of card security checks, but excluding full payment-card numbers, which we do not receive or store);
  • device and browsing data, including IP address;
  • location derived from the foregoing;
  • communications you send to us;
  • affiliate program data; and
  • inferences drawn from any of the above.

We may use this information, including to:

  • fulfill orders and provide and improve our services;
  • market our products across channels;
  • create de-identified and aggregated data sets, which Luvaminos owns;
  • train and improve analytical, machine-learning, and artificial-intelligence models;
  • conduct research, analytics, and fraud prevention; and
  • share with our Affiliates, successors, and service providers, and transfer in connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

“Affiliates” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Luvaminos LLC, including our parent company. To the extent a law that applies to us counts any use, disclosure, sharing or transfer described above as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising, we honor the opt-out right that law gives you, as our Privacy Policy describes. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. Non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law are preserved. This section survives termination.

Our Privacy Policy wins. We use and share your information only as our Privacy Policy describes. Where it is narrower than this section (for example, on text messages and on sensitive information), the Privacy Policy governs.

This license does not cover your sign-in codes or any password, which we use only to sign you in and keep your account secure. Where the law gives you a right to have information deleted, the license ends for information we delete, except for de-identified or aggregated data and records we must or may lawfully keep.

Monitoring and recording. You consent to us, our service providers and our advertising and analytics partners collecting, recording, receiving and using information about how you use our website, as our Privacy Policy describes. That includes cookies, pixels, tags, server-to-server connections, analytics and session replay, and what you click and type into our website, such as searches and codes. You also consent to our keeping and reviewing copies of your messages with us.

22. SMS and Messaging Terms

This section applies to text messaging.

Program name: Luvaminos Sign-in Codes. Luvaminos LLC texts a one-time, six-digit sign-in code to a mobile number only when someone types that number on our sign-in page and asks for a code: one message per request. Msg & data rates may apply.

Who can use it: US mobile numbers only. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the number you enter.

To stop texts, reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPTOUT. You can still sign in by email. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or email support@luvaminos.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. What the sign-in screen shows before a code is sent is at luvaminos.com/sms, and the Privacy Policy (section 7) covers your number and consent.

Sign-in codes are the only texts we send

Luvaminos LLC sends one type of text message: a six-digit sign-in code, sent only when you ask for one. We never send marketing, promotional, or order-update text messages. Message frequency depends on how often you sign in: one message per sign-in request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. For questions about this program, including anything your carrier asks you about it, contact support@luvaminos.com.

The only text we will ever send is a sign-in code you just requested. If you receive any other text claiming to be from us, it did not come from us. Please report it to support@luvaminos.com.

Why we ask for a phone number

A phone number you enter at checkout is passed to the shipping carrier, and can also be used to text you a sign-in code if you choose to sign in by phone. We never send marketing or order-update texts.

Our Privacy Policy (section 7) lists every way we use a phone number you give us, including matching your purchases to our advertising partners’ records in hashed form and checking it against numbers we have blocked.

How we contact you

Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and support replies are sent by email, never by text. Marketing email is separate and optional, and every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. For help, contact Luvaminos LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, support@luvaminos.com, or (505) 460-8488.

If this changes

Adding a number for sign-in is opt-in: you add it yourself and agree to the wording shown at the time, and you can reply STOP at any point. If we ever introduce any other kind of text message, these terms will be updated first, and consent will never be a condition of any purchase. Changes take effect as section 19 describes.

23. Promotions, Discount Codes, Credits and Rewards

In short

Codes, deals, credits and rewards are ours to change or end at any time, even ones described as permanent or “for life.” Offers from before October 15, 2026 have ended unless our website still shows them or our checkout still takes them. Credit has no cash value, except where the law requires it.

Summary only. The full section below governs.

We may create, change, suspend, revoke or end any discount code, coupon, promotion, reward, loyalty offer, free-item offer or price at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may refuse any code at checkout, and we decide at our sole discretion whether an order qualifies for an offer.

Codes, credits and offers have no cash value, except where the law requires us to pay a balance in cash. They cannot be sold, a code given to you personally cannot be transferred, and codes and offers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Only one code may be used per order, unless our checkout accepts more than one on that order, and checkout decides which codes and offers combine and in what order they apply. A code must be entered before you pay, and it cannot be added to an order afterwards. We may limit an offer to one use per customer, household, address or payment method. Offers are void where prohibited.

No offer gives anyone a continuing right to a price or a discount. That is true even if the offer was described as permanent, lifetime, ongoing or “for life,” and whether it was made on our website, by email or text, in a social media post or video, in a direct message, on Discord or anywhere else. Each order is priced at the prices and offers in effect at our checkout when you place it.

A promise of a price, discount or benefit for life, or for any fixed time, binds us beyond this section only if it is in a separate written agreement that names you, states the benefit and how long it lasts, and is signed by a manager of Luvaminos LLC. An email, newsletter, text, post, ad, code, message or support reply is not such an agreement, even if it carries an owner’s name.

Every code, coupon, deal, promotion, loyalty or “for life” offer, early-buyer or relaunch rate, and points or rewards program offered before October 15, 2026 has ended, including any made on our earlier website or in past emails, unless it is still published on our website or our checkout still accepts or applies it when you place an order. Points or rewards from our earlier website cannot be used at our checkout. This does not take away store credit already showing in your account, or a single-use code we gave you that our checkout still accepts.

We do not adjust the price of an order already placed for a later price change or promotion, and ending or changing an offer does not change the price of an order you have already placed. If a code is used in breach of its terms, through fraud or abuse, or because of an error, we may refuse it, cancel the order and refund the amount charged for it, or, if you agree, complete the order at the price without the code. We may also correct or reverse a code, credit or reward given by mistake or to the wrong person.

Volume deals such as “Buy 2, get 1 free” are a lower price for buying a qualifying number of one product, applied by our checkout. Deals apply only as checkout works them out, including any rounding. For a refund, each unit in a deal is valued at what you paid for that product’s line, after every discount, divided by the number of units in it. Luv H₂O is its own item at its own price, and deals and codes do not apply to it unless our checkout says they do.

We may offer different prices, codes and offers to different people, groups or channels, at different times, and not everyone will get every offer.

Store credit, referral credit and reward credit have no cash value, except where the law requires us to pay a balance in cash, cannot be transferred, and can be used only toward future orders on our website, within any limits we set. We may reverse credit given by mistake, or linked to an order that is refunded, cancelled or disputed, or to fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms, and we may limit how much credit an account can receive or use. Credit you accept in place of a refund we owed you is the full and final remedy for that claim.

If we run a referral program, the friend’s discount, any minimum spend and the referrer’s credit are those shown on our website, and they may change at any time. A referral counts only for a new customer’s first paid order. You may not refer yourself, your household or your own accounts. Referral credit is given only after the friend’s order is delivered and passes our checks, and it may be withheld or reversed if that order is refunded, cancelled or disputed.

If we offer a reward for a review, photo or video, it is for posting it under that reward’s rules, and it is never given or withheld because the post is positive or negative. We decide whether a claim meets the rules, and we may decline a claim that does not, including one for a post that breaks these Terms.

A giveaway or contest is governed by the rules we publish for it and is void where prohibited. Its prizes have no cash value unless its rules say otherwise.

24. Statements by Affiliates, Creators and Others

Affiliates, partners, creators, influencers, reviewers, community members and anyone else who posts about us on social media or elsewhere speak for themselves, not for Luvaminos. They are independent. They are not our employees, agents or representatives, and they have no authority to make any offer, promise or statement for us or to change these Terms.

That is true:

  • whether or not they are, or used to be, in our affiliate or partner program;
  • whether or not we paid them or gave them a code, a commission or free products;
  • whether or not we let them use our name, logo or photos; and
  • whether they posted before, during or after any partnership with us, and even if their post stays online after an offer or a partnership ends.

Our liking, following, commenting on or linking to a post does not make it our statement.

Apart from the rules our partner agreement sets for partners, we do not control what they say or show, including in videos, livestreams, posts, comments, reviews and messages, and we do not endorse it or take responsibility for it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for it. Nothing they say is an offer, promise, warranty, guarantee or advice from us, including anything about a product, a price, a discount or code, or how a product may be used.

This also covers codes or offers listed on coupon or deal websites, and summaries or answers about us produced by search engines or AI tools. None of them is an offer, promise or statement from us.

Reviews, photos, videos, posts and other content from customers, partners, creators or community members that we show on our website, in emails or in our marketing are the views of the people who made them. They are not promises, warranties, advice, product information or offers from us.

Only these Terms (with the policies they name), the product information, prices and offers published on our website, the offers our checkout applies to your order, and your order confirmation bind us. If anything anyone else says conflicts with them, these Terms govern, and section 20 sets the order among our own pages.

If you see a partner, creator or anyone else say something about us or our products that seems wrong, do not rely on it. You can report it to support@luvaminos.com.

25. Community Spaces

We may host or take part in community spaces, such as our Discord server and our social media pages and comment sections. What other people post there is their own. We do not control what third parties post there, we do not endorse it, and we are not responsible for it, even when it appears in a space we run and even when it is about our products, prices or codes. A post by another member is never a statement, offer, promise or advice from Luvaminos.

A role, badge, title or moderator or admin permission in a community space does not make anyone our employee, agent or representative, or give them authority to speak or act for us. Members who help moderate speak for themselves.

An offer or announcement in a community space is not binding on us unless the same offer is published on our website or accepted at our checkout. We may moderate, remove any content, or remove anyone from a community space at any time, for any reason. Each platform’s own terms also apply to your use of it, and you use community spaces at your own risk.

We do not review everything posted in a community space, and we have no duty to monitor, check, correct or remove anything there. If we moderate or remove some content, that does not mean we have reviewed, approved or taken responsibility for anything else, and to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for content we do not remove, or remove late.

Spaces we run are for research discussion. We may remove any post that describes using a product in or on a person or an animal, asks for or gives advice about it, shares anyone’s personal information, or shares a code meant for one person. Anything a member of our team says in a community space is covered by section 26.

Anyone can post links or files in a community space or message you privately, including someone who pretends to be on our team, a moderator or a partner. We are not responsible for what others post or send you, or for what happens if you act on it. Pay only through our website’s checkout, or as we ask you in an email from a luvaminos.com address, and never share a sign-in code with anyone.

Anything you post in a community space can be seen, copied and shared by other members and by anyone they share it with, and we are not responsible for what they do with it. Do not post your own order details, address or phone number there. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use what you post in spaces we run.

Joining a community space is free and is not part of anything you buy from us. Roles, perks, channels and community-only offers have no cash value and can change or end at any time. We may close a community space, and its platform may change, suspend or remove it, and we are not responsible for any loss of access, content or perks.

26. Our Owners, Managers and Team

Luvaminos LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company. It is a separate legal entity from its parent company and from its owners, members, managers and team. Each of them has their own views, and they do not always speak or act together, or for the company. When one of them speaks in a personal capacity, they speak only for themselves, not for the company or for any of the others.

Anything one of them says, posts or shares in a personal capacity, including on a personal social media account, in a video, in a community space such as Discord, or in a private message, is their own and is not a statement, offer, promise, warranty or advice of Luvaminos LLC. It binds the company only if the same thing is in these Terms, in the product information, prices and offers published on our website, applied by our checkout to your order, confirmed in your order confirmation, or set out in a signed agreement under section 23.

Whether something said or shown to you binds Luvaminos LLC depends only on where it appears, as the paragraph above says, and never on who said it or what title they used, except that an agreement under section 23 must be signed by a manager of Luvaminos LLC. That is true even if the person is called an owner, founder, manager, moderator or member of our team, uses our name or logo, posts in a space we run, or talks about our products, prices, codes or orders. It also covers what a person said before joining us or after leaving, and what someone says while only claiming to be one of us. No one has authority, actual or apparent, to change these Terms, or to make you an offer, promise, warranty or agreement for Luvaminos LLC, except as these Terms allow, and you agree not to rely on anyone’s title, role or position as a reason to think otherwise.

Our support team, including any reply written or assisted by software or AI tools, can explain these Terms and carry them out, but cannot change them. If a reply misstates these Terms, a price or an offer, these Terms and our checkout govern, and we will correct the reply. Anything a reply offers beyond these Terms, such as a credit, a free item or a replacement we do not owe, is a one-time courtesy for the order it names, as section 7 says.

Luvaminos LLC is the seller of every product you buy on our website. Our parent company, our other affiliates and any other business that one of our owners, members or managers is involved in are separate from Luvaminos LLC. None of them sells to you or is responsible for what Luvaminos LLC owes, and Luvaminos LLC is not responsible for what they owe. Our parent company and our other affiliates are still Luvaminos Parties, so sections 13 to 18 and this section protect them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, no owner, member, manager, employee or agent of Luvaminos LLC is personally liable to you for any obligation of the company, or for any claim relating to these Terms, an order or the products.

To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree to bring any claim relating to these Terms, our website, an order or a product only against Luvaminos LLC. If you bring one against any other Luvaminos Party anyway, sections 13 to 18 apply to it as they would to a claim against Luvaminos LLC.

In this section, our “team” means our employees and contractors, anyone who handles support for us, and anyone we let moderate a community space, paid or not.

27. Certificates of Analysis and Product Information

A certificate of analysis (“certificate”) is a report from an independent testing laboratory of what it measured in a sample from one lot, on the date it ran the test, using its own methods.

The certificate shown with a product when you order is the certificate for the lot we ship you. Each peptide vial’s label carries its lot and a code that opens that lot’s certificate. If we ever ship a different lot from the one shown, the certificate for the lot we shipped is the one that applies to your order. Luv H₂O is not tested and has no certificate.

A certificate is information to help you decide whether to buy, and you can read it before you buy. It is not a warranty or a promise beyond what it states. It does not describe every vial, the product after it leaves us, or anything it does not report. Our promise about a lot’s quality is the 30-Day Guarantee for an item below the purity standard published for its lot, and section 7 sets the only remedies.

The amount shown for a product, such as “10 mg”, is the amount its lot was made to contain. The certificate for each lot, which you can read before you buy, shows the purity and content the laboratory measured in a sample from that lot.

A laboratory’s methods and results, and any error in its report, are the laboratory’s. Except as the 30-Day Guarantee provides, we are not responsible for them.

Product photos are illustrations. Labels, vials, caps and packaging can change and can look different from the photos. We may correct any error in product information at any time.

28. If We Cannot Ship on Time

This section applies only to orders, or parts of orders, that have not shipped. It follows the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435). If that Rule gives you more than this section does, the Rule applies.

Our time to ship an order is the time stated on our website when you order: the cut-off and dispatch times on our Shipping page, or a later ship date shown for an item on its product page or at checkout, such as an item on backorder. If no time is stated for an order, the time the Rule sets applies. For this section, we receive your order only when we have both your payment and all the information we need to process and ship it, including anything we ask for under section 5, and an order ships when we hand its parcel to the carrier.

If we cannot ship within that time, we will email you as soon as we know, and before that time passes, with a new ship date or a statement that we cannot give one, and you may choose to cancel the order for a full refund or to accept the delay.

If our first notice gives a new date within the limit the Rule allows for a first delay, and you do not cancel before we ship, you have accepted the delay. If our first notice gives no new date, or a new date later than the Rule allows for a first delay, we cancel and refund the order unless, within the time the Rule allows, we ship it before you cancel or you tell us you accept the delay. For a second delay, we ship only if you tell us you accept it before the earlier new date passes; if you do not, we cancel the order and refund it. If you accept a delay with no new date, you may still cancel at any time before we ship.

We may also cancel any order we cannot ship, and refund it in full.

A refund under this section goes back to your original payment method within 7 working days after the order is cancelled, as the Rule requires.

Once an order ships, this section no longer applies to it. Delivery after shipping, including a late delivery, is covered by section 6. A notice under this section is not compensation and does not entitle you to anything else.

29. Reviews, Posts and Feedback You Share

If you send us, or post in a space we run, a review, photo, video, message or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable license to use, copy, show, share, adapt and edit it (for example for length, or to remove personal information, without changing what it means), with your name, username or profile picture, on our website, in emails, in our marketing and anywhere else, in any media. You keep any rights you have in it.

You confirm that the content is yours or that you have permission to share it, that it reflects your own experience, and that it does not include anyone else’s private information or break the law.

We choose which posts to show, and the posts we show on our website are a selection, not every post or review we receive. We may edit a post for length or to remove personal information, without changing what it means, and we may decline to show or remove a post that is fake, unlawful, harassing, abusive, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, clearly false or misleading, unrelated to our products, contains someone else’s personal or confidential information, describes using a product in or on a person or an animal, or makes a medical claim. We do not pay for content unless a reward program or a written agreement says so.

Some posts we show were made by customers who got a reward for posting, such as store credit. That reward never depends on whether the post is positive or negative.

If you post about us after getting, or in order to get, a reward, code, commission, free product or any other benefit from us, say so clearly in the post itself, for example “I got store credit for this review” or “#ad”.

Nothing in these Terms restricts, or imposes a penalty or fee for, a review or other assessment of us, our products or our service, except for content the law lets us refuse or remove.

If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@luvaminos.com with the details and a link, and we will review it.

30. Electronic Communications and Notices

You agree that we may give you these Terms, notices, receipts, disclosures and other communications electronically: by email to the address on your account or order, on our website, or in your account. They count as being in writing, and an email counts as given when we send it to that address. You can print or save them, and you can ask us for a paper copy of these Terms at support@luvaminos.com. You may withdraw this consent by emailing support@luvaminos.com. If you do, we may stop selling to you, and we will mail you any notice the law requires us to give in writing.

We send order confirmations, shipping updates, sign-in codes, support replies and other messages about your orders and account by email. They are part of our service, not marketing. We may also send marketing emails, including reminders about a cart or checkout you started, as the law allows. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not stop messages about your orders or account. Section 22 covers text messages.

Keep your email address current and check your spam folder. We are not responsible for a message that does not reach you because of the address you gave us, your email provider or your settings.

To send us a legal notice, use the contact details in section 31. A Notice of Dispute must follow section 17.2.
