Mechanism
Kisspeptin-10 is a linear decapeptide corresponding to the conserved C-terminal segment shared by the four naturally occurring kisspeptins (KP-54, KP-14, KP-13, KP-10), all of which terminate in an arginine-phenylalanine-amide (RF-amide) motif. C-terminal amidation is the single most critical structural determinant of the molecule's binding conformation, and structure-activity studies establish that the terminal amide is required for high-affinity engagement. Cryo-EM studies of KP-10 bound to its class A G-protein-coupled receptor complex define a three-segment binding mode in which the N-terminal residues (Tyr-Asn-Trp-Asn-Ser-Phe) sit between the receptor extracellular loops and the C-terminal RF-amide inserts into the transmembrane core (PDB 8ZJD), with Phe6, Arg9, and Phe10 identified as residues central to the interaction. KP-10 belongs to the RF-amide peptide family, alongside neuropeptide FF, prolactin-releasing peptide, and QRFP.

Frequently asked questions
What is Kisspeptin-10?
Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic C-terminally amidated decapeptide corresponding to the C-terminal fragment of the KISS1 gene product, characterized in cryo-EM structural studies of class A GPCR complexes.
What sizes does Kisspeptin-10 come in?
Kisspeptin-10 is supplied as a lyophilized powder, in 10 mg vials. The 10 mg is coming soon.
How is Kisspeptin-10 tested?
Every lot is tested by Freedom Diagnostics Testing, PLLC in Franklin, Tennessee, an independent laboratory: purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry. A lot goes on sale only after its certificate is published.
Where is the certificate of analysis for Kisspeptin-10?
Each vial's label carries its lot number, and every lot's certificate is at luvaminos.com/coa/ followed by the lot. Kisspeptin-10 has no lot on sale yet; its certificate is published before the first vial is sold.
How do I know your peptides are real?
Every lot is tested by an independent lab, and you can check the result yourself on the lab's own website.
Tap View COA on any product or scan the QR code on your vial. Each certificate has a code you can look up with Freedom Diagnostics Testing, PLLC in Franklin, Tennessee, an independent US lab we don't own. See every certificate.
What purity do you hold every lot to?
99% or higher, tested on every lot.
Each lot's exact result is printed on its certificate, which you can open from the product page or by scanning the QR code on the vial.
When will my order ship?
Same day if you order by 6 PM ET on weekdays or 1 PM ET on Saturday. Later orders ship the next shipping day.
Ground usually arrives 3 to 5 business days after it ships, and Two-day in 2.
