How should I store the lyophilized product?
For research handling, store lyophilized material cold, protect it from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Lot-specific guidance is included with documentation.
How fast do you ship?
We ship Monday through Saturday — orders placed before 4:00 PM ET go out the same day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days in transit, with 2-Day and Overnight options at checkout. We ship within the 48 contiguous United States only.
